What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

What are you buying on our site
When you make a purchase on our site you are not buying physical goods, such as a chair or a table, but a file, or a package of files.
These files after payment will be immediately made available for download, in different ways:
1) you will be taken to a page, immediately after purchase, to download one or more files
2) you will be sent an email with a link to download the files, the email will never be sent to the email address you provided
3) If for some reason both of the above methods fail, contact us via email, we will make the download available to you in a short time, normally within 24 hours, but in extraordinary cases, for example on weekends, or in holiday or holiday periods, these times could be extended by days, or weeks (this is a rare occurrence, almost impossible).
Refunds
As a general rule we do not make refunds, because a file can be cloned before being returned, as already written a file is not a chair or a table.
